All Fireworks purchased from the Solihull Fireworks Limited website are non refundable. It is the purchasers responsibility to make sure that someone is available to take delivery of Fireworks purchased at the specified address given. Occasionally, the content of our packs may vary slightly. Solihull Fireworks Limited will accept no responsibility for further costs incurred should a courier need to re-deliver. Wedding Displays and professional displays require a non refundable deposit of 30% to confirm your booking. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% for all cancellations up to 14 days before the date of display. If a display is cancelled after the 14 days due date the full balance will remain payable
